UX Case Study

Overview

VfL Lüneburg's website aims to offer information about the courses and services to the users. However, the design of the website looked increasingly outdated when compared to its competitors, and failed to meet the business requirements and the user expectations. This new website is designed and optimized to enable a better user experience and the business to meet its goals.

Problem

After the relaunch, some parts of the website had broken links and outdated contents. In terms of SEO and tracking, some beneficial plug-ins were missing on WordPress. Also, design discrepancies had been identified.

Goal

  • To maintain design consistency.
  • To identify less-than-perfect areas of the website.
  • To set tracking and analytics to assess existing user flows, detect difficulties and overall user experience.
  • To have an up-to-date content.

My Role

I was involved in UX/UI Audit process, and made sure that the UI and the typography are aligned in the whole website, fixed the links. I implemented the new content, created landing pages. I overall analyzed the user flows and set up tracking.
